TCS is Hiring QAD Techno Functional Consultant /n Location: Pan India /n Experience: 5+ /n /n /n Expertise in QAD Enterprise Edition and/or QAD Adaptive required /n Expertise in QAD base modules like Distribution, Manufacturing, Financials required /n Experience of working on QAD implementation projects and/or designing solutions in QAD · Excellent documentation, communication and inter-personal skills · /n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · /n Should be flexible and open to short travels · /n Should Work from office only · /n Interact with business customers for basic new requirements and issue analysis. · /n Regularly monitor all logged issues. /n Plan and prioritize workload among team members. · /n Perform root cause analysis on issues in a large production environment. /n Assist in the development of work processes to ensure the proper and successful use of the applications.



· /n Write unit and system test plans/specifications and perform testing. · /n Interact with project teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition to support after the deployment of current applications or new major versions and adhere to all stated company policies and processes. · /n Good knowledge of PROGRESS 4 GL Version 10.x and above /n Positive-to-Have · /n Experience in customer interactions in requirement gathering · /n Knowledge of any ERP application · /n Implementation experience · /n Knowledge of QAD add-on modules like AS, WMS, DSCP, eQMS, GTTE etc preferred · /n Knowledge of QAD technologies such as Qxtend, QRF, EDI, Bank Drivers etc · QAD functional & technical certifications
