We are looking for a QA Lead – Automation to lead test automation initiatives for B2B enterprise software products. The role will focus on building scalable automation frameworks, integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines, improving test coverage, and reducing manual testing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
- Develop automated tests for functional, regression, API, and integration testing.
- Work with Python or Java and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform API and SQL-based data validation.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation coverage and reduce manual testing.
- Lead and mentor a QA team, including task allocation, technical guidance, code reviews, and performance development.
Required Skills
- 8 years of QA/Software Testing experience with robust automation experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with API testing, SQL, and CI/CD.
- 2–3 years of experience leading/managing QA engineers or an automation team.
- Strong understanding of automation framework design and QA best practices.
- Experience in B2B enterprise software / SaaS environments.
