? WE ARE HIRING | Junior QA/QC & Production Executive – 2 Positions (Female Candidates)

FEROZE FOODS AND FLAVOURS, Byculla, Mumbai, is looking for female candidates for a multitasking role in Junior QA/QC & Production Executive.

? Key Responsibilities:

- QC laboratory testing and routine analysis of Raw Materials, In-Process & Finished Products
- Checking product parameters as per approved specifications and maintaining test records
- Sample collection, handling and retention sample management
- Monitoring production batches, process activities and basic process parameters
- Coordination with production operators and ensuring activities are carried out as per SOPs
- Maintaining Batch Manufacturing Records, QC reports, log sheets and other production/quality documents
- Identifying and reporting quality deviations/non-conformities to seniors
- Supporting GMP, HACCP, FSSAI & ISO-related documentation and compliance
- Maintaining proper hygiene, housekeeping and food-safety practices in Lab & Production areas




- Supporting traceability, internal audits and other routine Quality & Production activities

? Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology or related field.

? Experience: Freshers to 2 years. Candidates with basic QC/Lab knowledge and willingness to work in both QC & Production are encouraged to apply.

? Location: Byculla, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Candidates from Byculla / nearby areas will be preferred.

? Salary: As per qualification, skills & interview performance.
