Role Description The Python Trainer role is a contract, on-site position based in Varanasi. The trainer will design and deliver Python programming courses for students and professionals, including preparing structured lesson plans, practical exercises, projects, and assessments. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom sessions, explaining core and advanced Python concepts, demonstrating coding best practices, and guiding learners through hands-on problem-solving.

The trainer will evaluate learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to different skill levels.



Additional tasks may include collaborating with the Learning and Development team to update curriculum, integrating industry-relevant case studies, and supporting career readiness initiatives aligned with Hnaya Skills’ mission.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Python programming, including core syntax, data structures, OOP, and commonly used libraries and frameworks.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training or teaching programming concepts in classroom or bootcamp environments.
- Ability to create clear, structured learning materials such as slides, exercises, projects, and assessments tailored to diverse learner levels.
- Effective communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in an accessible way.
- Familiarity with software development practices such as version control (e.g., Git), debugging, testing, and basic software engineering principles.
- Comfort with integrating real-world use cases, industry trends, and problem-solving activities into training sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience mentoring students, graduates, or early-career professionals, preferably in an academic or training institute setting.
- Commitment to inclusive, learner-centric teaching and the ability to work collaboratively with the Hnaya Skills team.
