Role Description The Purchase Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Raipur, responsible for overseeing all procurement activities for engineering and construction projects. This role includes identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment in line with project specifications and budgets.

The Purchase

Manager will coordinate closely with engineering, project management, and site teams to forecast material needs, maintain stock levels, and resolve supply issues. Daily responsibilities also involve tracking purchase orders,



monitoring vendor performance, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong procurement and supply chain skills, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Experience in purchasing materials and equipment for engineering, transmission lines, substation projects, or civil construction.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze costs, and optimize purchasing decisions for efficiency and value.
- Proficiency in using ERP or procurement software, spreadsheets, and standard office tools for reporting and documentation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; relevant experience in EPC or infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work on-site in Raipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
