Identification of required products & suppliers across all categories (recurring & non-recurring) time to time Assist purchase manager in supplier agreement and renewal of contracts. Constant coordination with buns suppliers & logistic partner for timely deliveries Preparation of comparative stmt. Maintain constant coordination with suppliers for timely delivery, returns, CR, DR, etc Preparing & issuing of purchase orders (PO) through ERP Willing to travel locally for stock purchases as & when required Coordination with all departments for any or all requirements Minimal or no stock variance in system stocks to physical Maintenance & update of purchase catalogue & tracker timely.
