Are you an affiliate marketing pro with a talent for building solid publisher networks? We are looking for a Publisher Partnership Associate (1–3 yrs) or Manager (3–7+ yrs) to scale our global reach and drive performance marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Do

- Network Growth: Identify, recruit, and onboard global affiliate publishers, media partners, and ad networks.
- Commercial Negotiation: Handle payout structures, top-tier placements, traffic terms, and campaign parameters.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor traffic quality, track conversions, and scale high-performing publisher accounts.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with advertisers and internal teams to resolve issues and streamline delivery.





What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 1–3 years (Associate) or 3–7+ years (Manager) in Affiliate Marketing, Publisher Partnerships, or Performance Advertising.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, campaign optimization, and experience managing international partner accounts.
- Network: An existing global publisher network is highly preferred (though strong acquisition skills are equally welcome!).
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms.
