Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at the manufacturing facility in Dera Bassi. The role involves supporting daily plant operations related to agrochemical production, including monitoring processes, handling materials safely, and following standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities may include assisting in mixing, packaging, labeling, and storing chemical products in accordance with safety and quality guidelines. The role requires maintaining clean and orderly work areas, adhering to environmental and safety regulations,



and reporting any deviations or incidents to supervisors. Collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance teams is expected to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of manufacturing targets.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes, preferably in chemicals, agrochemicals, or related industries.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices, including safe handling of chemicals and use of personal protective equipment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, standard operating procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Basic technical aptitude for operating equipment, monitoring gauges or controls, and identifying irregularities.
- Valuable physical stamina and willingness to work in a plant environment with shift-based schedules if required.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality and compliance standards.
- Minimum educational background in science, chemistry, agriculture, or vocational training in industrial operations is an advantage.
