PlebC Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Public Health Researcher to support healthcare research and implementation initiatives, with a strong focus on Telangana's public healthcare ecosystem.

This is a 6-month contract/consultancy opportunity for professionals who have hands-on experience in public health research, healthcare implementation, field programs, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct public health research, field assessments, surveys, interviews, and data collection.
- Support implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of healthcare programs and interventions.
- Engage with government health departments, healthcare facilities, PHCs/CHCs, healthcare professionals, NGOs, and community stakeholders.
- Identify healthcare delivery challenges and develop evidence-based recommendations.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and prepare research and implementation reports.
- Support field deployment and pilot implementation of healthcare initiatives.
- Develop presentations, policy briefs, research documentation, and project reports.
- Conduct literature reviews and assess relevant public health policies and programs.
- Support monitoring & evaluation frameworks, KPIs, and impact assessment.
- Provide practical insights to improve healthcare accessibility and service delivery in Telangana.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Public Health (MPH), Community Medicine, Epidemiology,



Health Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in public health research, healthcare implementation, program management, or a related area.
- Demonstrated experience working on public health implementation projects in Telangana is highly preferred.
- Experience working with government healthcare systems, public health programs, hospitals, PHCs/CHCs, NGOs, or community health initiatives.
- Solid research, analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to undertake field visits as required.

Preferred ExperienceExperience in rural healthcare, primary healthcare, digital health, telemedicine, healthcare accessibility, government health programs, implementation research, or monitoring & evaluation will be an advantage.
