Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Funds / Government Securities Dealer with 3–4 years of relevant experience in treasury, fixed-income markets, Government Securities (G-Secs), Treasury Bills (T-Bills), State Development Loans (SDLs) instruments.

The candidate will be responsible for executing trades, managing market positions, monitoring liquidity and interest-rate movements, and supporting the company's treasury and fixed-income business in accordance with applicable RBI and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Execute buy and sell transactions in Government Securities, T-Bills, SDLs and other eligible fixed-income instruments.

Monitor live market movements, G-Sec yields, interest-rate curves, liquidity conditions and RBI policy developments.

Manage the company's trading book and ensure positions remain within approved risk limits.

Generate trading ideas based on interest-rate outlook,



yield movements, liquidity and macroeconomic developments.

Execute trades through approved dealing platforms and maintain accurate transaction records.

Maintain robust relationships with PFs, institutional investors and other market participants.

Track RBI monetary-policy announcements, Government borrowing programmes, G-Sec auctions and market regulations.

Participate in primary auctions and secondary-market transactions, wherever applicable.

Ensure compliance with internal dealing limits, risk-management policies and applicable RBI/SEBI regulations.

Prepare daily market reports, trading summaries

Support liquidity and funds-management activities, including short-term money-market transactions where applicable.

Required Experience & Skills

3–4 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Government Securities, Fixed Income, Funds Dealing or Capital Markets.

Good knowledge of G-Secs, T-Bills, SDLs, money markets, bond pricing and yield calculations.
