As a Proposal Document Manager - Oracle, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing large-scale Oracle implementation projects within our organization. You will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Oracle solutions. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. You will take ownership of projects, validating their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion,



while addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in constructive conversations with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

- Managing large-scale Oracle implementation projects and coordinating resources and stakeholders for successful delivery
- Developing project plans and monitoring progress to mitigate risks and achieve strategic objectives
- Collaborating with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives and allocate resources effectively
- Leading teams in analyzing client needs and implementing software solutions to optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Coaching team members to leverage their unique strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance project delivery
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Utilizing skills in program management, project budgeting, and stakeholder engagement to drive project success

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
