Experience: 3–8 Years

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source commercial properties for new retail stores.
- Evaluate locations based on footfall, catchment, visibility, accessibility, and competition.
- Build relationships with brokers, landlords, developers, and mall management.
- Conduct property visits and prepare feasibility reports.
- Negotiate rent, deposit, lease terms, CAM, and other commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Projects, and Operations for property closure.
- Maintain the property pipeline and ensure timely acquisition as per expansion targets.

Candidate Profile

- 3–8 years of experience in Retail Property Acquisition / Commercial Leasing / Real Estate.
- Retail store acquisition experience preferred.
- Solid negotiation, networking, communication, and market knowledge.
- Willingness to travel for property visits.
