Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager with hands-on experience in RFID, IoT and Industrial Automation projects to independently manage complete site execution from mobilization to installation, testing, commissioning and final customer handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete site execution, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
- Handle RFID readers, antennas, tags, sensors, IoT devices and networking.
- Manage site mobilization, manpower, materials and site readiness.
- Supervise installation, cabling, device mounting and field integration.
- Coordinate UAT/SAT, punch-point closure and customer acceptance.
- Manage customer communication and daily project progress.
- Maintain site documentation, as-built records and handover documentation.
- Monitor project schedule, quality,



safety and timely completion.
- Handle site-level troubleshooting and ensure smooth project execution.

Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant site execution experience in RFID, IoT or Industrial Automation projects.
- Hands-on experience in installation and commissioning.
- Experience with RFID readers, antennas, tags, sensors, IoT devices and networking.
- Robust customer coordination and project handover experience.
- Willingness to travel and stay at project sites across India.
- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in E&TC; / Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical.
