Role Description The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring, and completion of development projects, ensuring alignment with RBKS’s mission and community needs. This full time, on-site role is based in Udaipur and involves coordinating activities with field teams, community stakeholders, government departments, and partner organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scopes and timelines, managing budgets and resources, tracking progress against objectives, and preparing regular reports and documentation.

The Project





Manager will facilitate community participation, address operational challenges, supervise inspections and quality checks, and ensure compliance with organizational and donor requirements. The role also involves optimizing logistics for project activities, supporting capacity-building initiatives, and continuously improving processes to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including project planning,project proposal,execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on pending tasks, ensure timely delivery of materials, and resolve delays.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, verify compliance with standards, and monitor field activities.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate transport, distribution of resources, and on-time delivery of project inputs.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in social work, rural development, management, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience working with nonprofits, community-based organizations, or development projects, especially in rural or tribal areas, is an asset.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently and in teams.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and project documentation; familiarity with local languages and contexts is beneficial.
