Role Description The Property Manager – Bangalore is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including coordinating check-ins and check-outs, supervising housekeeping and maintenance, and ensuring that each unit meets JadeCaps’ quality and safety standards.

The Property

Manager will manage vendor relationships, monitor inventory and supplies, and ensure timely resolution of guest and owner issues.

Responsibilities include tracking occupancy and performance metrics, supporting dynamic pricing initiatives,



and collaborating with the central operations and customer support teams to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences. The role also requires regular property inspections, documentation of issues, and proactive communication with homeowners to maintain trust and transparency.

Qualifications

- Property operations and hospitality skills, including on-ground coordination, vendor management, and oversight of housekeeping and maintenance.
- Customer service and communication skills to handle guest queries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain qualified relationships with property owners.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple properties, schedules, and service requests efficiently.
- Basic technology and data skills, including comfort with property management systems, mobile apps, dashboards, and using metrics to inform decisions.
- Knowledge of local real estate and hospitality norms in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with the ability to navigate local regulations and practices.
- Prior experience in property management, hotel operations, facility management, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, travel between properties within the Greater Bengaluru Area, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Relevant academic background in hospitality, business, real estate, or a related discipline is an advantage, though equivalent experience is also valued.
