Roles & Responsibility:

- Handling project operations to achieve growth & profitability of the business.
- • Manage end-to-end execution of retail and corporate office interior projects.




- • Lead turnkey projects from planning, design coordination, procurement, execution, and handover.
- • Review and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), estimates, and project budgets.
- • Interpret and review AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and construction details.
- • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- • Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- • Track project costs and control budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
- • Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and monitor construction activities.
- • Manage procurement of materials and coordinate with suppliers.
- • Prepare project progress reports and update stakeholders regularly.
- • Handle project documentation, billing, variation orders, and final project closure.
