PROJECT MANAGER / DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/ Deputy Project Manager/ Civil Engineer for an Industrial Civil Work Project.

Location: Madhya Pradesh, approximately 140 km from Raipur

Responsibilities

- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Experience: 15 to 20 years

Key Requirements

- 15 to 20 years of experience in industrial construction projects
- Solid experience in civil engineering, site execution, and quality control
- Proven experience with PSU company tender conditions and requirements
- Preference for candidates with experience in NTPC civil projects, refinery, oil and gas, or other industrial construction works
- Knowledge of HSE and other applicable statutory compliances,



with the ability to manage and maintain related compliance documentation and paperwork.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Civil Engineering graduates with 15+ years of experience or Diploma holders with 20+ years of experience are eligible

Compensation

₹18–24 LPA, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role.
