– Project Manager | Krishna Furniture Position: Project Manager – Furniture Projects Company: Krishna Furniture Department: Projects / Operations Experience: 5–8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Gurgaon About the Role Krishna Furniture is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to manage the end-to-end execution of furniture projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, production, procurement, vendors, logistics and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and as per required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities - Manage furniture projects from planning to final handover.

- Prepare and monitor project schedules, timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, Sales, Logistics and Installation teams.
- Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, approvals, timelines and progress.
- Monitor production status and ensure materials are ready as per project schedule.
- Coordinate material dispatch, delivery and site requirements.
- Plan and supervise furniture installation at project sites.
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve execution-related issues.
- Ensure furniture is installed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Track project costs, material requirements and potential delays.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters, installers and other external teams.
- Identify project risks and take corrective action to avoid delays.
- Maintain project trackers, MIS reports, checklists and completion records.




- Conduct final quality checks and ensure snag/punch-list closure before handover.
- Ensure proper project documentation and client sign-off.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide regular updates to management.

Required Skills - Strong project planning and execution skills.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Valuable client and vendor management skills.
- Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing and installation.
- Ability to understand furniture drawings, layouts and specifications.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and project tracking.
- AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in:

- Office Furniture - Modular Furniture - Furniture Manufacturing - Interior Fit-outs - Commercial Interiors - Turnkey Projects - Workspace Solutions will be preferred.

Qualification

Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management or a relevant field.
