Role Description As an Entry Level Property Manager at JadeCaps, you will support day-to-day operations of managed properties, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and an excellent guest experience. You will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, oversee property readiness, and report any issues or service requirements promptly. The role includes managing on-site guest queries, assisting with inventory checks,



and maintaining accurate records of bookings and property status.

You will collaborate with central operations and owner support teams to implement standard operating procedures and uphold brand standards. This is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple properties and tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, owners, and internal teams.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and apps for property management, reporting, and coordination.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
- Ability to work on-site, be flexible with schedules, and respond to operational needs in real time.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, real estate, business, or a related field preferred.
- Previous internship or exposure in hospitality, property management, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment and willingness to learn AI-driven tools and processes.
