Civil Project Manager To plan, manage, and execute civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, cost control, safety compliance, and coordination among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and monitor day-to-day execution of civil construction projects as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Develop project execution plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Supervise civil construction activities including excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and external development works.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings and ensure execution as per approved designs.
- Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and take corrective action to avoid delays.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, labour, materials, machinery, and other project resources effectively.
- Ensure proper quality control and adherence to approved specifications, standards, and construction practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues, defects, and deviations.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Stores teams for timely availability of construction materials.
- Verify measurements, work quantities, contractor bills, RA bills, and material consumption.
- Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within the approved budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and applicable construction regulations.
- Maintain proper site records, daily progress reports, work orders, measurement sheets, and project documentation.




- Conduct regular coordination meetings with contractors and consultants and track action points.
- Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays and implement mitigation measures.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and handover of completed works.
- Ensure proper snag identification and closure before project handover.
- Provide regular MIS and project progress updates to senior management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the project site.
- Support project planning, budgeting, estimation, and tendering activities whenever required.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Robust knowledge of civil construction and project execution.
- Good understanding of RCC, structural, finishing, and infrastructure works.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality and safety standards.
- Good understanding of BOQ, estimation, measurements, and contractor billing.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; knowledge of AutoCAD/Primavera/MS Project will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project management, preferably in real estate, residential, commercial, township, or large-scale development projects.
- Experience in managing multiple contractors and large project teams will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
