- Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and technically competent Project Manager – SEP Division to manage the planning, execution, coordination, installation, commissioning, and successful completion of Solvent Extraction Plant projects.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within the approved time schedule, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements.

- Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute SEP projects from order finalization to commissioning and handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, Production, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Site teams.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Review engineering drawings, GA drawings, P&IDs;, equipment specifications, and technical documents.
- Monitor procurement and ensure timely availability of project materials and bought-out items.
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, erection, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and take corrective action wherever required.
- Ensure compliance with approved technical specifications, quality requirements, and applicable standards.
- Identify project risks, technical issues, and delays and provide timely solutions.
- Monitor project cost and control unnecessary expenditure.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
- Coordinate site activities and ensure proper manpower, tools, equipment, and resources are available.




- Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures during fabrication, erection, and commissioning.
- Maintain proper project documentation, inspection records, test reports, and handover documents.
- Lead commissioning activities and ensure successful performance trials before customer handover.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.

3. Educational QualificationMandatory:

- B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university/institute.

Preferred:

- Experience in Solvent Extraction Plants, Oil Extraction Plants, Edible Oil Refineries, Process Plants, or similar industrial projects.
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping, fabrication, erection, commissioning, and project execution.

4. Required Skills
- Robust project planning and execution skills.
- Good knowledge of mechanical engineering and industrial equipment.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and other relevant software will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
