Job Requirements

· Tracks and updates all contractor billings through interactions with Finance & Accounts

· Contributes to achievement of project targets through timely procurement-related activities, e.g. by purchasing in advance, raw material that would be of use in subsequent phases

· Monitors the activities of the PMC through periodic audits

· Plans the project schedule with the Contractors along with the PMC

· Procures material through inputs from the PMC

· Coordinates with the PMC to conduct weekly project review meetings to update the other departments on the project status

· Conducts periodic audits through the PMC to ensure that all safety-related parameters are met with





· Conducts periodic quality checks through the PMC and goes on weekly audits to validate material testing, absence of ‘honeycombing’, etc.

· Complies with company defined guidelines and processes

· Adheres to project timelines

· Identifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement

· Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity

· Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area

· Identifies self-development needs

· Takes concrete steps to pursue self-development through training, education, projects etc.
