About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Archviz Project Coordinator to join our team on a remote basis. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating architectural visualization projects, primarily serving clients across North America. The ideal candidate will possess a strong architectural background, excellent communication skills, and experience working with international clients.

As an Archviz Project Coordinator, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and the production team, ensuring that project deliverables are met with the highest quality standards and within stipulated timelines. This position offers a minimum one-year contract with the potential for extension based on performance and project requirements.

Qualifications The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience,



preferably in architecture or visualization. Prior experience in project coordination or client-facing roles, especially with international clients from North America, is highly desirable. A strong understanding of the architectural visualization pipeline, including photorealistic rendering, VR tours, animations, and technical drawings, is essential.

Candidates should have the ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings accurately and possess a solid grasp of relevant terminology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory, along with a keen eye for detail and aesthetic judgment.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary communication link between clients such as architects, developers, and interior designers, and the internal production teams including 3D artists, draftsmen, and designers.
- Review architectural drawings, project briefs, and deliverables such as photorealistic 3D renderings, VR tours, panoramic images, walkthroughs, animations, CAD files, and technical drawings.
- Provide creative and technical guidance to enhance visualization outputs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards.
- Oversee post-production processes,



including image editing, compositing, and quality assurance, to ensure final outputs meet the highest quality standards before delivery.
- Interpret, summarize, and translate client feedback into transparent, actionable instructions for the production team to implement necessary revisions effectively.
- Support additional project coordination tasks as needed, including scheduling, resource management, and client communication.
