Role Description The Project Coordinator Internal Fitouts – PMC Finishes is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves coordinating internal fitout and finishes activities, supporting project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking progress for interior works.

Responsibilities include monitoring site execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety norms, and liaising with contractors, vendors, and client representatives. The coordinator will assist in quantity take-offs, review drawings and specifications related to finishes, and help prepare status reports, documentation, and updates for stakeholders.



The role also includes identifying risks or delays in fitout activities, supporting resolution of site issues, and contributing to timely completion of projects within budget and quality requirements.

Qualifications

- Solid project coordination skills in internal fitouts and finishes, including scheduling, tracking milestones, and supporting PMC activities.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, finish schedules, and technical specifications for interior works.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, and basic value engineering principles in the context of fitouts.
- Familiarity with construction site practices, quality control procedures, and safety standards for interior finish works.
- Proficiency in common office and project tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word, project tracking or collaboration software).
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Previous experience in fitout coordination, interior works, or PMC roles in the construction industry is preferred.
