About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Archviz Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a remote basis. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in architecture and a passion for architectural visualization.

The Project

Coordinator will serve as a vital link between international clients—primarily from North America—and our internal production teams. The primary focus is to facilitate seamless communication, oversee project deliverables, and ensure the highest quality standards for architectural visualization outputs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, supporting the creation of photorealistic 3D renderings, VR tours, animations, and technical drawings.

The role requires excellent coordination skills, technical understanding, and a proactive approach to client management and project execution.

Qualifications The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)



and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience, particularly in architecture or related fields. Prior experience in project coordination or client-facing roles is essential, especially with exposure to international clients, notably from the US and Canada. A strong understanding of the architectural visualization pipeline, including the interpretation of architectural and interior design drawings, is required.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail and aesthetic judgment. Proficiency in architectural terminology and the ability to analyze technical drawings are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary communication conduit between clients—including architects, developers, and interior designers—and internal production teams such as 3D artists, draftsmen, and designers.
- Review architectural drawings, project briefs, and deliverables to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Coordinate the production of photorealistic 3D renderings, VR tours, panoramic imagery, walkthroughs, animations, CAD drawings, and technical documentation.
- Provide creative and technical guidance to enhance visualization quality and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Oversee post-production processes,



including image editing, compositing, and quality assurance, ensuring final outputs meet established standards.
- Interpret, summarize, and translate client feedback into actionable instructions for the production team.
- Support additional project-related tasks and coordinate schedules to meet deadlines effectively.
