We are hiring a Project Associate for a PMO consulting engagement in the Urban Mobility sector.

- Key Responsibilities

- Maintain MIS dashboards, invoice trackers & contract monitoring sheets using MS Excel
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes & project documentation
- Support feasibility studies through data collection, benchmarking & analysis
- Assist in drafting tender documents, query responses & official correspondence
- Support bid process management, bidder queries,



meetings & documentation
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors & external partners on day-to-day matters
- Conduct site visits and prepare visit notes & action trackers
- Maintain MOMs, project records & version control of deliverables

- Eligibility

- PGDM / MBA / Master's in Management / Postgraduate Management Program
- 3+ years of total work experience (pre + post MBA)
- Government/PSU Mobility project exposure mandate.
- Experience in analytical, coordination, PMO or office-based roles
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint &
- Word
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
