nJob Role

nThis is primarily a site-based role involving both desk work and regular site visits. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, site execution coordination, consultant coordination, drawing management, and ensuring smooth implementation of architectural designs at project sites.

nRoles & Responsibilities:-

nDesign & Planning

- Develop architectural design and planning proposals as per project requirements and regulatory standards
n
- Work on drawings, BIM modeling, and visualization using AutoCAD, Revit, and related software
n
- Apply interior design concepts to enhance functionality and aesthetics
n

nProject Coordination

n

n
- Ensure smooth site execution as per approved drawings and timelines
n
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors,



and cross-functional teams
n
- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and drawing documentation
n

nConstruction Oversight

n

n
- Monitor construction activities to ensure execution as per approved designs
n
- Resolve design-related issues during construction
n
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
n

nRegulatory Compliance

n

n
- Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, safety standards, and regulations
n
- Coordinate for approvals and necessary permits from authorities
n

nSkills Required

- Experience in residential group housing or commercial mall projects
n
- Strong exposure to site execution in real estate projects
n
- Positive understanding of architectural design and planning
n
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM Modeling
n
- Strong drawing coordination and documentation skills
n
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
n
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
