Role Description The Project and Planning Manager is a full-time, in office role based at the Nashik manufacturing unit. This role is responsible for end-to-end project planning and execution, including defining project scope, setting timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress for electrical panel manufacturing projects.

The manager coordinates with design, production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and adherence to technical specifications and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing project schedules, tracking milestones, managing risks, updating stakeholders,



and implementing process improvements aligned with the company’s continuous improvement practices. The role also involves maintaining detailed documentation, reviewing performance metrics, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to optimize efficiency in the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

- Solid project management and planning skills, including experience in scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Technical knowledge of electrical panels, switchgears, or related products, with the ability to understand drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office (especially Excel), with familiarity in ERP or production planning systems considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and lead projects through completion.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (such as Kaizen, 5S, Lean) and a focus on safety, quality, and process optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or related discipline) or a comparable technical qualification; a project management certification is a plus.
- Relevant experience in project or production planning within the electrical, industrial, or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
