About the Role

As a Program / Category Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling programs at TETR end-to-end. This role will sit at the intersection of subject-matter expertise, curriculum design, program development, strategy, execution, and business ownership.

You will be responsible for shaping the curriculum, courses, global immersions, student experiences, and overall program architecture, working closely with the leadership team and relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Each program at TETR is treated as a standalone business. As the program scales, you will progressively take ownership of its growth, revenue, profitability, and P&L;, eventually operating as the Category Manager for the program.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines deep expertise in a particular subject area with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Subject Matter & Curriculum Ownership: Bring deep expertise in one of TETR's core subject areas and translate it into relevant, high-quality curriculum and courses.
- Program Creation & Strategy: Build new programs from 0→1 based on learner needs, market opportunities, industry trends, and TETR's strategic priorities.
- Curriculum & Course Design: Own the academic architecture, curriculum, learning outcomes, faculty/industry experts, and course experience.
- Global Immersions: Design and manage international immersions, industry visits, experiential learning opportunities, and other components of the student journey.




- End-to-End Program Management: Own the program from ideation and launch through execution, evaluation, optimization, and scale.
- Growth & Go-to-Market: Work closely with Marketing, Admissions, Partnerships, and other teams to drive applications, conversions, enrolments, and cohort growth.
- Revenue & P&L; Ownership: Gradually take ownership of program revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and overall P&L.;
- Category Ownership: As the program scales, transition into a broader Category Manager / Program Manager role with accountability for the program's growth and commercial success.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with academics, operations, marketing, admissions, finance, faculty, industry experts, and other stakeholders.
- Optimization & Scaling: Use student feedback, market insights, and business metrics to continuously improve the program and its outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Will Have

- 2–6 years of experience in consulting, startups, education, product/program management, or similar high-ownership environments.
- Solid Subject Matter Expertise in at least one of the following areas:
- Finance
- Artificial Intelligence / AI
- Liberal Arts, particularly Economics or Psychology
- Ability to translate subject-matter expertise into curriculum, courses, learning experiences, and practical applications.
- Experience working in 0→1 or early-stage environments is preferred.
- Strong business and analytical skills, with an understanding of revenue, costs, margins, and P&L;.
- Strong program/product development and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Interest in education, technology, business, and building new programs/businesses.
- Exposure to international markets, global education, or consumer businesses is a plus.
