We're looking for someone who is genuinely organised — not someone who just likes making to-do lists.
Your job is straightforward: keep every client project moving. Track what's due, chase what's late, and make sure the website, the Google profile and the monthly report land on the day we promised.
This is an internship at Pixelizt. We build websites and run marketing that fills restaurants — Bengaluru today, every major city next.
What you'll work on:
- Project Tracking: Own the board — every client, every deadline, every status, always current.
- Follow-ups: Chase clients for forms, photos and approvals. Chase the team for deliverables. Politely, and again if needed.
- Client Coordination: Set up client WhatsApp groups, send updates, keep owners informed without them having to ask.
- Reporting: Make sure monthly performance reports go out by the 5th, every month.
- Outreach (when needed):
If there's a business requirement, reach out to restaurant owners to set up meetings.
- Spotting Problems Early: Notice what's about to slip before it slips.
What we're looking for: We don't want someone who measures success by how neat the tracker looks.
We want someone who understands that the real result is:
Deadline set → Everyone knows their part → Followed up → Delivered on the day → Client never had to ask
If you've coordinated anything real — a college fest, a team, a client project — tell us what would have fallen apart without you.
- Comfortable with tools like Notion, Trello, ClickUp or Asana. Google Sheets counts.
- Comfortable chasing people — clients, teammates, the founder.
- Students and recent graduates welcome.
