Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Leader to drive enterprise-wide Agile adoption, establish scalable delivery practices, and enable organizational agility across business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will lead Agile transformations, coach senior stakeholders, implement scaled Agile frameworks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and value-driven delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Transformation &

- Strategy

- Lead enterprise Agile transformation initiatives across portfolios and business units.
- Define transformation roadmaps, Agile maturity models, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
- Establish Agile operating models aligned with business goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to accelerate Agile adoption and business value realization.

Coaching &
- Leadership

- Coach executives, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, RTEs, and Agile teams.
- Drive transition from project-centric to product-centric delivery models.
- Facilitate leadership workshops, Agile training, and capability-building programs.
- Mentor Agile practitioners and cultivate Agile communities of practice.

Scaled Agile Delivery
- Implement and optimize SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS, Nexus, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
- Facilitate PI Planning, Inspect &
- Adapt sessions, Portfolio Planning, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Enable Agile Release Trains and cross-functional program execution.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and alignment across multiple teams and products.

Organizational Change Management
- Drive cultural transformation and Agile mindset adoption.




- Identify and remove organizational impediments impacting delivery effectiveness.
- Influence stakeholders to embrace Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement practices.
- Develop communication and change adoption strategies for enterprise transformation programs.

Delivery Excellence &
- Metrics

- Establish Agile maturity assessments and continuous improvement roadmaps.
- Track and improve delivery metrics including velocity, predictability, cycle time, lead time, throughput, and quality.
- Promote data-driven decision-making through Agile dashboards and reporting.
- Support adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, Lean Portfolio Management, and value-stream-based delivery.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
- Master's degree / MBA preferred.
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification preferred.
- SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practice Consultant, CSP, PMI-ACP, ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT, or equivalent Agile certifications preferred.
