Key Responsibilities

•

- Assist in composite manufacturing processes such as prepreg lay-up, vacuum bagging,

resin infusion, curing, and demolding.

•

- Support in the preparation of molds, tools, and jigs, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.

•
- Handle prepreg and dry fabric materials with care, ensuring proper storage and handling conditions.

•
- Assist in trimming, drilling, sanding, bonding, and finishing of composite components.

•
- Work with production engineers and laminators to achieve quality, schedule, and safety targets.

•
- Prepare, maintain, and organize production records, travelers, and shop-floor documentation.

•
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, EHS policies, and cleanroom practices.

•
- Conduct basic inspection and measurement checks on produced parts.

•
- Support in machine/equipment operation (autoclaves, ovens, vacuum pumps, CNC trimming machines) under supervision.

•
- Assist in material movement, inventory tracking, and traceability management.

•
- Report production issues, nonconformities, or equipment concerns to supervisors





Qualifications &

- Skills

•

Education: Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Mechanical / Aeronautical / Manufacturing /

Composite Technology or related field.

•

Experience: 0–5 years in composites manufacturing / aerospace / automotive production.

(Freshers with strong technical aptitude will be considered.)

- Technical Skills:

- Basic understanding of composite materials and processes.
- Familiarity with hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, or resin infusion desirable.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, process sheets, and drawings.
- Basic knowledge of measuring tools (vernier, micrometer, scales, gauges).

• Soft Skills:

- Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Discipline in following safety and quality protocols.
- Ability to work in cleanroom and controlled environment conditions.
