Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Supervisor role based in Ghaziabad.

The Production

Supervisor will oversee day-to-day shop floor operations, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring and adjusting production schedules, coordinating resources, guiding production teams, and resolving operational issues in real time. The role involves enforcing safety procedures, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams.

The Production

Supervisor will also provide performance feedback,



train team members on processes, and help implement best practices in manufacturing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills with experience leading production teams and managing daily operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Schedules to allocate resources, manage timelines, and optimize workflow.
- Candidates should possess Production Management skills to oversee output, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide clear instructions to production staff.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, particularly in electrical components or similar products, is an advantage.
- Ability to use basic production reporting tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP or manufacturing software is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and readiness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
