Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily production operations on the floor, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
- Manage a team of operators to achieve production targets, resolve issues, and improve overall performance.
- Monitor DCS systems to optimize plant operations, troubleshoot problems, and maintain equipment reliability.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control) to ensure smooth operation of the facility.
Job Requirements :
- 6-15 years' experience in chemical engineering or related field.
- Solid knowledge of distillation column operations and associated processes.
- Experience as a Shift Incharge or similar role in an industrial setting.
