Role Description This full-time Production Planning Engineer role is based on-site at the Loparex India facility in Silvassa. The role involves planning and scheduling production orders, ensuring optimal use of machines, materials, and labor to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.

The Production Planning

Engineer coordinates with manufacturing, sales, procurement, SCM and logistics teams to align production plans with capacity, material availability, and customer commitments. Daily activities include monitoring production performance, analyzing variances, updating planning systems,



and recommending improvements to processes and workflows. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives in line with industrial engineering principles to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance safety.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Production Planning and Planning to develop, manage, and optimize production schedules.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess capacity and demand, and solve operational problems.
- Effective Communication abilities to work closely with cross-functional teams and report planning status clearly.
- Knowledge of Industrial Engineering concepts to improve processes, layouts, and resource utilization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or process industries, preferably in paper, film, packaging, or related sectors.
- Familiarity with ERP or production planning software and basic understanding of quality and safety standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Silvassa, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail under time constraints.

Experience Minimum 5-7 years of working experience (Male/Female any)
