Role Description The Production Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Rewari, responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities in the manufacturing facility for pre-engineered steel buildings. This role involves planning and scheduling production, monitoring workflow, allocating resources, and ensuring that output meets quality standards, safety regulations, and delivery timelines.

The Production

Manager coordinates with design, engineering, procurement, and site erection teams to align production goals with project requirements. Daily responsibilities include supervising production staff, resolving operational issues, optimizing processes, and maintaining accurate production records and reports.



The role also includes implementing continuous improvement initiatives, enforcing health and safety procedures, and supporting adherence to ISO and other relevant quality systems.

Qualifications

- Strong production management skills, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing manufacturing operations in a steel or construction-related industry.
- Experience with quality management systems (preferably ISO), process improvement, and adherence to standardized production and safety procedures.
- Knowledge of pre-engineered buildings, structural steel fabrication, and coordination with design and engineering teams.
- Proficiency in using production monitoring tools, basic ERP or manufacturing software, and data-driven decision-making for efficiency and cost control.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in supervising teams, managing workloads, and fostering a collaborative, safety-focused work environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and preparing clear reports and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in PEB or steel fabrication is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work on-site in Rewari and adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
