1. Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Merchandiser with 1–1.5 years of experience in apparel/children’s wear manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, factories, design, sourcing, and internal teams to ensure timely production and delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the production process from order confirmation to final shipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and factories for production planning and timely execution.
- Follow up on sampling, approvals, bulk production, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and maintain production-related documents, trackers, and reports.
- Coordinate with the sourcing, design, quality, and warehouse teams.
- Monitor production timelines and highlight delays or issues to the concerned teams.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to approved samples, specifications, and quality standards.
- Track fabric, trims, accessories, and other raw-material requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with suppliers regarding material availability and production status.




- Assist in resolving production, quality, and delivery-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, production status, approvals, and shipments.

1. Requirements

- 1–1.5 years of experience in production merchandising, preferably in apparel or kidswear.
- Good understanding of garment production processes.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple styles/orders simultaneously.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Willingness to coordinate closely with vendors and manufacturing units.

1. Preferred Skills

- Experience in kidswear/apparel merchandising will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and quality requirements.
- Basic understanding of costing, T&A; (Time & Action) and production planning.
- Problem-solving approach with strong ownership of assigned responsibilities.
