Production Planning & Control (PPC) Executive – Leather Garments

Experience: 3–5 Years

Industry: Leather Garments / International Export House

Location: [Manesar/Gurugram]

We are looking for an PPC Executive with 3–5 years of experience in garment manufacturing, preferably in leather garments/export house.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
- Track order-wise production from cutting to shipment readiness.
- Monitor T&A; and critical production milestones.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, and Cutting, Stores, Quality, Finishing and Shipping teams.
- Monitor planned vs. actual production and highlight delays/bottlenecks.
- Follow up on leather, trims, accessories and production file readiness.
- Prepare daily production, pending order, T&A; and PPC MIS reports.
- Monitor production capacity,



manpower and machine utilization.
- Ensure production is completed as per shipment deadlines.
- Escalate critical delays and coordinate corrective actions.

Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of relevant PPC experience in garment manufacturing/export houses.
- Leather garment experience preferred.
- Positive knowledge of garment production processes and T&A.;
- Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent follow-up, coordination and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict shipment timelines.
