JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage complete production activities at our Fabrication / Manufacturing Plant at Saudangi, Siliguri.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Production Planning & Execution:

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines & materials.
- Prepare daily production report (DPR), plan vs actual & WIP tracking.
- Coordinate with Design, QA/QC & Dispatch team for smooth workflow.
- Responsible for daily production planning, execution & target achievement as per drawing & schedule.

2. Factory & Shop Floor Management:

- Manage complete shop floor activities - Fabrication, Welding, Cutting, Assembly.
- Ensure production as per approved drawings, quality standards & safety norms.
- Control wastage, rework & improve productivity.Handling team of Supervisors, Fabricators, Welders & Helpers (50 manpower).

3. Quality & Maintenance:





- Ensure quality checks at every stage in coordination with QC team.
- Responsible for machine maintenance, preventive maintenance & breakdown control.
- Ensure 5S, housekeeping & safety compliance at plant.

4. Manpower & Material Management:

- Manpower allocation, shift planning & performance monitoring.
- Raw material requirement planning, stock verification & coordination with Purchase/Store.
- Cost control & improving production efficiency.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:

- Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering
- Experience: 5-6 Years as Production Manager / Production Engineer / Plant In-charge in Fabrication / PEB / Steel Structure / Manufacturing Plant is MUSTMust have knowledge of Fabrication Drawings, Welding (MIG/ARC), Cutting & Assembly.
- Strong leadership, team handling & shop floor management skills.Positive knowledge of MS Excel & Production MIS Reporting.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
