SteelBazaar is building a technology and AI-powered ecosystem for the steel industry, connecting buyers, sellers, manufacturers, financial institutions and logistics providers to make steel commerce faster, simpler and more efficient.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to build products across steel exports & imports, trade finance, supply-chain finance and logistics.

You will work at the intersection of B2B commerce, fintech, cross-border trade and supply chain, building AI-first products and digital workflows with ecosystem partners including NBFCs, lenders, freight forwarders, shipping lines and logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities

● Own product vision, roadmap and execution for Steel Trade, Finance & Logistics products.

● Build digital workflows for steel imports and exports, from order and documentation to shipment and delivery.

● Build financing products with NBFCs and lenders covering working capital, invoice financing, trade finance and transaction-linked credit.

● Build logistics products for freight discovery, pricing, transporter matching, shipment tracking and delivery management.

● Digitize trade workflows including POs, invoices, LC, shipping and compliance documentation.

● Use AI and Agentic AI to automate document processing, credit workflows, fraud checks, shipment intelligence, ETA prediction and operational processes.

● Rapidly prototype and validate products using vibe coding tools such as Claude, Lovable, Cursor, Replit or similar AI development platforms.





● Work closely with engineering, AI, business, finance and operations teams to take products from concept → prototype → MVP → scale.

● Partner with NBFCs, lenders and logistics providers to define APIs, integrations and scalable ecosystem workflows.

● Define and track product metrics including adoption, transaction volume, financing penetration, turnaround time, logistics efficiency and profitability.

What We're Looking For

● 2–6 years of Product Management experience in B2B commerce, fintech, lending, logistics, supply chain or marketplaces.

● Experience building products involving banks, NBFCs, lenders, logistics providers or enterprise partners.

● Robust product discovery, PRD, execution and stakeholder-management skills.

● Hands-on experience with AI products, LLMs, AI Agents and workflow automation.

● Proficiency in vibe coding / AI-assisted product development using Claude, Lovable, Cursor, Replit or similar tools.

● Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data and digital platforms.

● Ability to thrive in a zero-to-one, fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Experience

● Steel, metals, commodities or industrial B2B experience.

● Knowledge of EXIM, LC, customs, trade documentation and international shipping.

● Experience with SCF, invoice discounting, dealer finance or working-capital products.

● Experience building logistics, freight or supply-chain platforms.

Pay: From ₹3,000,000.00 per year
