Role purpose To own and improve the end-to-end digital personal loan product journey, driving application-to-disbursement conversion, customer experience, product delivery, analytics and coordination across Business, Credit, Risk, Technology, Operations and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

- Own the digital personal loan app product and maintain the product roadmap.
- Prioritize features based on business impact, customer experience, risk, compliance and development effort.
- Manage registration, KYC, PAN, income, bank verification, bureau, eligibility, offer, e-sign, mandate, approval and disbursement journey.

Digital Loan Journey

- Identify customer drop-offs and improve application-to-disbursement conversion.
- Prepare BRD, PRD, user stories, process flows, business rules and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with developers, QA, LOS/LMS teams and API/integration vendors.

Credit & Risk

- Implement approved credit, eligibility, FOIR, bureau and risk rules in the digital journey.
- Track KYC, bureau, bank verification, e-sign, NACH,



payment and fraud/risk API performance.
- Prepare UAT cases, coordinate testing, defect resolution, sign-off and production release.

Analytics & MIS

- Track applications, KYC, approval, offer acceptance, e-sign, mandate, disbursement, TAT and drop-offs.
- Improve app usability, document upload, offer, e-sign, mandate, disbursement and repayment experience.
- Coordinate customer disclosures, consent, audit trails and approved compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate Business, Credit, Risk, Operations, Collections, Finance, Compliance and Technology.
- Prepare and maintain a 6–12 month digital personal loan product roadmap.

KPI

- Application-to-disbursement conversion.
- TAT & funnel drop-off reduction, API / technical failure reduction
- Product MIS accuracy & timeliness
