Role Description This is a full time, on-site Product Manager role based in Gandhinagar.

The Product

Manager will oversee the lifecycle of financial technology and outsourcing solutions, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing optimisation. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmaps, prioritising features, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, operations, sales, and customer success teams. The role involves conducting market and competitor analysis, translating client and internal stakeholder feedback into clear product requirements, and monitoring product performance using data and KPIs.





The Product

Manager will also support go-to-market activities, prepare product documentation and training materials, and drive continuous improvement in alignment with Befree’s global strategy.

Qualifications

- Strong product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or business process outsourcing, with an understanding of technology-enabled solutions.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyse product performance metrics, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making and familiarity with analytics or reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, finance, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role; experience in on-site client-facing environments is beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
