- Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams for product implementation and process improvements.
- Monitor product performance, portfolio metrics, profitability, and customer feedback to drive continuous enhancements.
- Define eligibility criteria, pricing, onboarding journeys, and customer experience frameworks.
- Lead digitization and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer acquisition.
- Prepare business cases, product notes, policy changes, and approval documents.
