We are looking for an experienced product development and sourcing qualified to help us research, develop and manufacture new physical products.

This is not just a supplier-search role. We need someone who can help decide what the product should be, identify ways to differentiate it, and then work with suppliers to get it made.

Responsibilities:

- Market and competitor research
- Developing new product concepts and variations
- Identifying and qualifying Indian suppliers/manufacturers
- Supplier communication and negotiation
- Costing, MOQ and specification discussions
- Coordinating samples and product improvements
- Working with designers/illustrators where required
- Finalizing the product for production

Preferred experience:





- Product development / NPD
- Sourcing or merchandising
- Toys, stationery, craft kits, kids’ products, gifting or consumer goods
- Working directly with Indian manufacturers
