Link Up Textiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced PD Merchant to join our Product Development / Merchandising team in Valasaravakkam, Chennai.

? Experience: 2–3 years

? Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month

Based on experience and interview performance

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Candidate Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel/Garment Technology, Fashion Design, Textile Technology or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in garment merchandising/product development
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and product development
- Good understanding of fabrics, trims and accessories
- Ability to read and interpret tech packs, sketches and measurements
- Solid communication, coordination and follow-up skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel
- Ability to coordinate with buyers,



sampling, pattern, CAD and production teams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

? Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product development from buyer requirements to sample approval
- Manage sample development, revisions and buyer comments
- Coordinate with sampling, pattern, CAD and production teams
- Follow up on development timelines and submissions
- Coordinate fabric, trims and accessories for samples
- Maintain development trackers and documentation
- Ensure samples meet buyer requirements, quality standards and timelines
