About PlaySuperPlaySuper is rebuilding how mobile games monetise. We sit between studios and brands, turning in-game engagement into real-world rewards for players, better LTVs for studios, higher retention for players, measurable performance for brands. We are venture-backed, closing our pre-Series A, and have early traction across India and global markets.

We're now building the in-game store that hundreds of studios will run on, and this is the design seat that will shape how it looks and feels.

The RoleYou will own the design of PlaySuper's in-game store end-to-end, from playing the game and mapping the player journey, to designing the touchpoint, to shipping it and reading the conversion data that tells you whether it worked. You'll work directly with our lead designer, Head of Product, and CTO, and sit alongside engineering, research, and brand to architect a store that thousands of players actually move through.

This is not a portfolio-building internship where you polish one project for three months. You'll ship real work across 20+ live games before you're done, on a repeatable design process, against real conversion numbers.

What You'll Own

- Play assigned games — yes, that's the job — and map the player journey to find where a store touchpoint belongs.
- Design touchpoint variants per placement that feel native to each game, not bolted on.
- Build toward a flexible design system and component library that lets diverse studios configure store branding, content, and layout without an engineer.
- Take feedback from the lead designer and iterate fast — multiple fidelities, tight loops, no precious first drafts.
- Set the UX and conversion metrics for the touchpoints you ship,

then optimize them post-launch on the data.

Who You Are
- 0–1 years designing consumer products. You have a portfolio of high-quality, thoughtful visual and interaction work — clean mobile UI, real screens, real decisions.
- Native, not forced. You instinctively know when a store touchpoint belongs in a game and when it breaks the experience.
- Fluent in Figma, with a sharp eye for clean mobile UI and the patience for pixel-level polish.
- A player, not a studier. You play mobile games and understand how they feel to use — not just what the case studies say.

- High output without losing care. You can move rapid across many games and still sweat the details that make a touchpoint convert.
- Comfortable with systems thinking — you design the reusable pattern, not just the one-off screen.

Bonus Points
- Prior work on game UI, app UI, or e-commerce / store flows.
- You can write tight microcopy, or you're hungry to learn it fast.
- A background in motion, illustration, or copywriting that you bring into your design work.
- Genuine fluency in the mobile-gaming community, you know the games studios are shipping and why they feel the way they do.

What We Offer
- A real seat on a small, mission-led team where design is central, your touchpoints ship to live games, not a deck.
- Direct mentorship from our lead designer, Head of Product, and CTO, experienced operators you'll work next to, not under three layers of approval.
- A clear path to convert to full-time after an exceed-expectations stint, with Health Insurance from Onsurity on conversion.
- Flexible working arrangements, and the chance to see your work in the hands of players, fast.
