Role Summary

We are seeking a highly strategic, product-minded Product Designer (1 years Experience) on behalf of our premium consumer tech client. This role is built for a holistic designer who goes beyond surface-level UI/UX to solve complex business and user problems. Operating with a deep sense of user empathy and product strategy, you will own the end-to-end design lifecycle for high-traffic B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms—translating user research into pixel-perfect, scalable interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Product Architecture: Map out intuitive user journeys, wireframes, functional prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces tailored strictly for massive consumer adoption.
- Product Thinking & Strategy: Translate abstract user pain points, product goals, and complex business objectives into crisp, high-conversion feature flows.
- User Research & Insights: Plan and conduct qualitative user research, behavioral cohort mapping, and live usability testing to systematically destroy product friction.
- Design System Stewardship: Actively contribute to and scale corporate design systems, building modular components and rigorous UX guidelines to guarantee seamless platform-wide consistency.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze platform engagement metrics, behavioral drop-offs,



and A/B test data to discover fresh growth and experience optimization tracks.
- Cross-Functional Sync: Lead collaborative design critiques and interface directly with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, and Analytics teams throughout the sprint cycles.

Mandatory Selection Criteria (Applications without these will not be considered):

- Overall Experience: Minimum 1 years of qualified experience operating as a core UX / Product Designer.
- Target Environment: Proven track record working inside a Top B2C Product Company managing high-traffic consumer web/mobile products.
- Portfolio Standards: A strong, comprehensive portfolio showcasing end-to-end design ownership (problem framing, user research, wireframing, high-fidelity UI, and real-world deployment metrics).
- Academic Pedigree: Must hold a formal Design Degree (B.Des or M.Des) from a Tier-1 institution (strictly IIT, NIT, or NIFT). Tier-2 design colleges will be granted secondary evaluation priority.
- Core Philosophy Track: Strong grasp of comprehensive Product Thinking and Usability rules.
- Strict Role Focus (Exclusion): Specialized UX-only or UI-only designers will not be considered. We require a true end-to-end Product Designer who commands both analytical research and fine-grain visual mechanics.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
