Roles &

Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end user experiences for B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms.
- Translate user needs, business requirements, and product objectives into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and usability analysis to identify customer pain points and improve product experiences.
- Create intuitive and engaging UI/UX designs while maintaining consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience.
- Use data, user feedback, and product metrics to identify opportunities for continuous experience improvement.




- Contribute to and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UX standards.

Ideal Candidate :

- Strong Product Designer from top college profile.
- Mandatory: Minimum 1 years of experience in UX / Product Design, with robust focus on B2C Products.
- Mandatory: Strong portfolio of UX / Product Design works for top / high-traffic B2C Products.
- Mandatory: Experience in a top B2C product company.
- Mandatory: Must have Design Education (BDes, MDes) from Tier 1 college (NIT, NIFT, IIT). Tier 2 colleges will be given 2nd priority.
- Mandatory: Only UX designer wont work, we need product designers.
