About the CompanyPlaySuper is India's first Gaming Commerce company, pioneering a new way for 500M+ gamers, an audience growing at 19.6% YoY, to shop inside games.
It is a white-label SaaS plugin that integrates into casual and hyper-casual games, transforming in-game coins into real-world value. Players can redeem them for brand coupons, digital services, or even physical products inside fully customizable in-game stores.
For gaming studios, PlaySuper directly solves the industry's toughest challenge, low retention, while also boosting monetisation. For brands, it unlocks a massive high-attention audience that already spends billions on in-game experiences, enabling targeted engagement with measurable ROI. Unlike traditional ads, PlaySuper embeds commerce into gameplay itself, improving recall, conversion, and loyalty.
In under two years, PlaySuper has onboarded 20+ studios, 3,000+ brands, and reached 6M+ DAUs through its partners, backed by $1.6M funding from Jungle Ventures (Chimera), Audacity VC, IAN Capital Fund, 100x.VC, and leaders from Meta, Tata, Dyson, and Amazon.
playsuper.ai The RoleWe are looking for a Product Associate who thinks in funnels, user behaviour, and data. You will work directly with the founding and product team on PlaySuper's live commerce surfaces across partner games.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Is obsessed with why users drop off and what makes them convert
- Can pull their own data instead of waiting for someone else to
- Ships fast, writes clearly, and is comfortable with ambiguity
- Uses AI tools aggressively to move faster
You will not be writing specs in isolation. You will own surfaces that millions of players see. The role starts as a 3-month full-time internship in Gurgaon and converts to a permanent Product Associate position on performance.
What You'll Do
- Own specific surfaces of the in-game store: homepage, category pages,
product pages, cart, checkout
- Write PRDs, event taxonomies, and analytics specs that engineering can build from directly
- Run your own analysis on funnels, retention, and conversion to find where users leak
- Design and run A/B tests, then defend the results with data
- Work with design to build store experiences that feel native to the game, not bolted on
- Support partner studios with launch readiness, integration checks, and performance reviews
- Build proposals and merchandising strategies for partner games
- Turn open-ended problems into prototypes quickly, using AI and vibe-coding tools
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical ability, comfortable with SQL and dashboarding tools
- Clear, structured written communication, no fluff
- Genuine interest in gaming, commerce, or rewards-led products
- Ability to prototype ideas independently using AI tools
- High ownership, low ego, fast iteration
Strong Plus (Nice to Have)
- Prior product internship experience at a startup or product-led company
- Experience at a consumer internet, e-commerce, gaming, or fintech startup
- Familiarity with event-based analytics stacks such as ClickHouse, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Metabase
- Prior exposure to loyalty, cashback, rewards, or in-app purchase systems
- Shipped side projects, prototypes, or products of your own
Structure and Location
- First 3 months: Full-time paid internship. You will own a live surface from day one, not shadow someone else's work.
- Post 3 months:
Conversion to a permanent Product Associate role, based on performance.
- Full time, in-office, Gurgaon.

Build a store inside a mobile game where players can use a combination of in-game currency and real money to purchase real-world products.
The Challenge
Imagine a mobile game where users earn in-game currency by playing. PlaySuper wants to introduce a commerce experience within the game where that currency can be used alongside real money to buy real-world products.
Your Task
Vibe code the store experience. Think through the journey from discovering the store inside the game to completing a purchase.
You are free to make your own assumptions about the game, users, currency mechanics, merchandising, checkout and overall experience. We are intentionally leaving the problem open-ended.
Core Product Question
How should an in-game commerce store be different from a traditional e-commerce store?Think beyond UI. Consider the relationship between gameplay, rewards, user behaviour, commerce and the game economy.
Deliverables
1. A working prototype or shareable link
2. A short note explaining your key product decisions and assumptions
3. The AI / vibe-coding tools you used
What We Are Evaluating Product thinking | Creativity | User experience | Ability to turn ambiguity into a working product
There is no single correct solution. We are more interested in the decisions you make, the questions you ask and how clearly your prototype communicates your thinking.
