Role Description The Procurement Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities to support Ambrosial’s supply chain and product portfolio. The role includes sourcing and evaluating vendors, preparing and processing purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement of raw materials and packaging, and maintaining accurate purchasing records.

The Procurement

Executive will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and quality,



and support cost optimization while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Daily tasks also involve tracking supplier performance, resolving delivery or quality issues, supporting audits and documentation, and contributing to process improvements within the procurement function.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid purchasing process and purchase management skills, including experience with purchase orders and vendor coordination.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to interpret data, manage costs, and support decision-making in procurement activities.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations, preferably within FMCG, nutrition, or wellness industries.
- Knowledge of inventory management, basic contract terms, and vendor evaluation methods.
- Proficiency with procurement or ERP systems and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, documentation tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, commerce, or a related field; professional certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
- Ability to work with attention to detail, manage multiple priorities, and uphold ethical and compliance standards in sourcing.
